Additional hours are billed at $28 per hour, invoiced at the end of the month. We always notify you before you exceed your allocation so there are no surprises.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect the following billing month. Our team will help you make the transition smoothly.

Do I get the same VA every month?

Yes. You are matched with a dedicated VA and work with them consistently. If you ever need a change, our team handles the rematch at no additional cost.
