We’re selective about who joins our network because we want to keep the quality bar high for our clients and our VAs. Here’s what we look for.
- Based in South AfricaYou must be a South African resident with the right to work in the country.
- At least 1 year of relevant experienceWhether in admin, customer service, content, bookkeeping, or another VA-relevant field. We work with people who can hit the ground running.
- Strong written EnglishMultilingual skills are a bonus, but excellent professional English is essential for client communication.
- Reliable laptop and internetYou need your own equipment and stable connectivity. We can advise on requirements during the application.
- Professional approach to workYou take pride in your work, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and treat client work with the same care you’d treat your own business.
- Comfortable working independentlyVA work means managing your own time, asking the right questions, and delivering without micromanagement.
Application Process
How to Join Our Network
A structured three-step process so we get to know you properly before matching you with any clients.

Submit Your Application
Fill in our VA application form (about 10 minutes). Tell us about your skills, experience, availability, rate expectations, and the kind of work you do best.

Interview and Skills Check
If your application looks like a fit, we’ll set up a video interview to chat through your experience. Depending on your specialty, we may also send a short practical exercise.

Onboard and Start Matching
Welcome to the network. We’ll set up your profile, walk you through our processes, and start matching you with suitable clients based on your skills and availability.
How Pay Works
Transparent Rates, Reliable Payments
You set your hourly rate during your application, and we’ll discuss whether it aligns with the market for your skill level. We’re transparent about our matching fee so you always know what you’re earning.
You invoice the client directly at the end of each month. Most VAs in our network earn between R150 and R400 per hour depending on experience and specialisation. Payment terms are negotiated upfront with each client so there are no surprises.
